	Randy Reed serves as President of ABC Polymer Industries. His responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities and setting the strategic direction of the company. Prior to founding ABC Polymer, Randy was a Vice President with Alabama National Bancorporation. Randy Reed earned his B.S. in Finance from Auburn University and his Masters in Public and Private Management from Birmingham Southern College.
	Dean Leader serves as Vice President of Operations for ABC Polymer. Dean has been in the plastics business for 27 years, having served as Vice President of Allied Flexible Products, Inc. for 20 years before joining Alabama Bag Company. Deans primary expertise lies in process engineering and he is involved in overseeing the quality of product in the polyethylene and polypropylene extrusion departments and also the weaving department. Dean Leader attended business school at the University of Alabama.
	Mark Haas is Vice President of ABC Polymer Industries and General Manager of the Fibers Division. His responsibilities include marketing of ABC Fibers and strategic planning for the ABC Fibers division. Prior to joining Alabama Bag Company, Mark was a Commercial Loan Officer with AmSouth Bank. He earned his B.S. Degree in Marketing from Auburn University and a Masters in Business Administration from Spring Hill College.
	Donna Martin (Sales & Marketing Manager – Yarns) manages the accounting department for ABC Polymer. Donna majored in Business Administration at the University of Miami and with over 35 years of experience, she is known internationally for her expertise in fibrillated yarn sales and technology. Using this experience, she is leading our yarn facility to world recognition for high tech fibrillated yarns. Although her job title denotes yarn division, her knowledge of polymers including nylon and polyester as well as polypropylene has made her an integral part of both purchasing and marketing for our new polymer recycling plant.
	Brian Bacon serves in a Sales & Marketing capacity for our Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container FIBC Division. Brian has been with ABC Polymer since 1997 and he is responsible for all quality control, inventory management and logistics for our FIBC division. Brian graduated from Pace University in New York with a B.S. in Physical Education.
