Randy Reed

Serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of ABC Polymer Industries. His Responsibilities include finding new market opportunities and setting the strategic direction for the company. Prior to founding ABC Polymer Industries, LLC in 1994, Randy was a Senior Vice-President at National Bank of Commerce in Birmingham, AL. Mr. Reed serves on the Board of Directors of Oakworth Capital Bank and Maingate MLP Fund and he is a past board member of RealtySouth. Randy Reed earned his B.S. in Finance at Auburn University and his Masters in Public and Private Management from Birmingham Southern College.

Trip Summersell

Serves as Chief Financial Officer of ABC Polymer Industries. Before joining ABC Polymer in January 2008, Trip was CFO of Imaging Business Machines (IBML), a leading document imaging equipment manufacturer and solutions company. At IBML, he initially served as Controller in 1998 and was promoted to CFO in 2001. Prior to his tenure at IBML, he managed accounting as Vice President of Educators, Resource, served as Vice President of Finance with Southern Tree Expert Company and led operations for RxManagement. His 22 years of accounting and finance experience also includes budgeting and financial forecasting for PEMCO Aeroplex and financial auditing with the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Summersell holds an MBA from Emory University, a BS from Auburn University and a CPA designation. Trip lives in Birmingham with his wife, Margaret, and his son, Cole.

Will Durall

Serves as Director of Operations of ABC Polymer Industries. He is responsible for all facets of the daily operations at ABC Polymer's manufacturing facilities. Prior to joining ABC, Will was Polypropylene Division Manager for PWP Industries, a leading polypropylene container manufacturer. He also worked as an independent consultant for companies involved in plastics manufacturing in the five years prior to joining PWP. Earlier in his career, Will spent nine years at Synthetic Industries (now Propex), serving at times as Technical Director, Extrusion Manager, and Manager of New Product Development. Mr. Durall graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.

Robert Charles "Bobby" Zellers

Serves as Director of Engineering Services for ABC Polymer Industries. His responsibilities include engineering support for our customers, along with the issuance of Letters of Certification for specific projects. Bob is highly involved in the fiber industry as he currently serves on the board and is a past President of the National Fiber Reinforced Concrete Association and is also active with the ACI, ASTM, ICC, NRMCA, TRB, and SDI organizations. He also sits on committees and sub-committees for the ASTM, ACI, and TRB. With over 25 years of experience in the Fiber Reinforced Concrete Industry, Bob has authored or co-authored over thirty technical papers and has lectured around the world on the subject at organizational functions such as the World of Concrete, ACI, ASCE and NRMCA. Dean Leader

Serves as Vice President of Operations for ABC Polymer Industries. Dean has been in the plastics business for 29 years, having served as Vice President of Allied Flexible Products, Inc. for 20 years before joining ABC Polymer. Dean's primary expertise lies in process engineering. He is involved in overseeing the quality of product in the polyethylene and polypropylene extrusion departments as well as the weaving department. Mr. Leader received his BS from the University of Alabama Business School.

Brian Bacon

Serves as Vice-President of Sales and Quality Control for our Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) Divsion. Mr. Bacon has been with ABC Polymer Industries since 1997 and he is responsible for all quality control, inventory management, and logistics for our FIBC division. Brian graduated from Pace University in New York with a BS in Physical Education.

Patrick Williams

Serves in a Sales & Marketing capacity for ABC Polymer Industries' Bulk Container (FIBC) Division. Patrick joined ABC Polymer in 2008 and he is responsible for customer expansion through personal selling and internet marketing. Mr. Williams is also responsible for ABC Polymer's website development and maintenance. Patrick graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Marketing.

Jimmy Connelly

Serves in a Sales and Marketing capacity for ABC Polymer Industries' Bulk Container (FIBC) Division. Jimmy joined ABC Polymer in 2011 and is principally responsible for developing new customer relationships through personal selling and internet marketing. Mr. Connelly is also responsible for evaluating new business opportunities to help diversify ABC Polymer Industries, LLC, and its divisions, into strategic and complementary lines of business. Jimmy brings with him extensive experience in Logistics, Purchasing and Production Planning. Jimmy graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Operations Management and Logistics.

Barry Hamilton

Serves as Sales and Marketing Manager for the ABC Polymer Industries’ Staple Fiber and Tape Yarn Divisions. Barry joined the ABC Polymer team in February 2010, and is responsible for the sales and marketing activities, as well as, technical support for flat tape, fibrillated tape and staple fiber applications. Mr. Hamilton has over 20 years’ experience in the fiber and yarn business spending the majority of that time with Phillips Fibers and Amoco Fabrics and Fibers. Barry holds business degrees from both Erskine College and Anderson University.

Leslee Quiggle

Serves as the Customer Service and Logistics Manager. She conducts product research, marketing, and publishes technical data. Mrs. Quiggle also manages customer service, invoicing and all domestic and international shipments. Leslee earned her BA from Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA and her Masters of Education from the University of Georgia. Leslee has a background in marketing and public relations and has been with ABC Polymer Industries since January of 2007.

Denzil Schmitz

Serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ABC Polymer Industries. He is responsible for sales and marketing support for Polypropylene Fiber and its applications in the concrete ready-mix and erosion control product lines. Prior to joining ABC Polymer, Denzil served in sales for 19 years with a strong background in heavy equipment and construction. He also previously worked for a Fortune 500 managed health care company while receiving the designation Professional, Academy of Healthcare Management (PAHM). Denzil brings with him solid background in manufacturing sales and service. Mr. Schmitz attended the University of Mississippi and Florida State University and has a BS in Sociology from FSU. Denzil lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife and two children.

Rod Wilson

Serves as Accounting Manager for ABC Polymer Industries. Rod began working with the ABC Polymer team in 2006 and manages the account reconciliation and internal auditing functions. Mr. Wilson brings over 30 years of diverse accounting and financial experience to his ABC responsibilities including Vice President Finance, Controller and Financial Business Consultant for the not-for-profit, manufacturing, mortgage servicing, banking and broadcast industries. Rod earned his MBA from Samford University, a BSBA in Accounting and a BAM in Aviation Management from Auburn University.

Joni Walker

Serves as a Staff Accountant for ABC Polymer Industries since joining our company in January of 2010. Ms. Walker's responsibilities include payroll and accounts receivable. Joni earned her BA in Marketing from the University of Alabama-Birmingham and is currently finishing a second degree in Accounting.

Richard Holbert

Serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications and is responsible for all of the company’s marketing plans, messages, communications and campaigns. Richard has over 30 years of experience in developing strategic marketing plans and campaigns for Fortune 100 corporations within the packaged goods, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, transportation, enterprise-wide software & hardware systems, and supply-chain management industries. Richard earned a B.S. degree in Chemistry and English from Samford University.
