Mr. James A. Todd, Jr. was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Birmingham Steel Corporation (BIR - NYSE) from 1980 - 1996. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Birmingham Steel Corporation and a retired director for Cypress-Amax Minerals Company, Kinross Gold Company, Southtrust Bank and the National Mining Association. He is past President of the National Manufacturers Association of the National Mining Association. Mr. Todd holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University.

Mr. Robert A. (Randy) Reed is President of Alabama Bag Company, LLC in Helena, Alabama. Prior to founding Alabama Bag Company, Mr. Reed was Vice President with National Bank of Commerce (Alabama National Bancorp - NASDAQ) in Birmingham, Alabama. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University and Masters in Public and Private Management from Birmingham Southern College. He is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows. Mr. Reed is on the Board of Directors of RealtySouth, Inc.

Mr. Mark A. Todd is a partner with the law firm of Jenkens & Gilchrist, P.C. in Dallas, Texas where he specializes in real estate and transaction law. He earned his B.S. in Accounting and Finance with Honors from the University of Texas and earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review.

Mr. Scott B. Reed is Senior Vice President and Retail Division Head at Regions Bank (RGBK - NASDAQ) in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Reed earned a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University and a Masters in Public and Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College. He graduated with Honors from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Mr.Reed is on the Board of Directors of RealtySouth, Inc.
